I am acquainted with the meaning of "roasting" in this context, which is "To ridicule or criticize harshly". Or, at least, I think I am.
I'm just looking for the Portuguese word, because I don't have a clue if you translate this, if you leave it like this, or if there's a term in Portuguese for this.
