Quer dizer, a pergunta mesmo não dá para editar mais, mas pelo menos o verbete no glossário fica correto, para os colegas pesquisarem.

Algorithm's Halting Criterion

The problem with Richard's answer is just that the original expression contained criterion, not criteria, and we say Halting Criterion in English, not Criterion of Halting, or we prefer saying Halting Criterion. The same applies to the rest of the expression.
