português para inglês Direito/Patentes Direito (geral) Birth certificate
Not much to add I'm afraid. Just one of those fixed phrases on Brazilian official documents.

Discussion

Mark Robertson Aug 30, 2019:
Since the report referred to is the certidão itself and not another document. Why not "Transcribed here in summary"?
Lars Palmer (asker) Aug 30, 2019:
So what text should I use in the translation?
Mark Robertson Aug 30, 2019:
So the document is a certidão de nascimento. They are all reproduce all the information in the corresponding Assento "Livro (...), Folha (...) Termo(...). Therefore the document is a transcript and a full summary.
Lars Palmer (asker) Aug 30, 2019:

transcribed in short, abstracted form

I think the word order would be different and longer in ENG, namely 'short particulars transcribed in an abstract' (meaning a summary, so a short- vs.a full-form birth certificate in the UK and the US.
Example sentence:

UK: Over the years, the UK registration offices have issued many types of birth certificate. The most common of these was a Short Birth Certificate.

USA: Think of the short-form birth certificate as a sort of Cliffs Notes version of the long-form birth certificate. In states that use both formats – and not all states do – the long-form birth certificate is the real deal with all the nitty-gritty,
