Am through a translation (over 8000 segments total) of which over 2000 (2111, to be precise) need NOT be translated. Have copied original and locked them all, but I NEED to skip these when reviewing. Any ideas?. I use the latest version of memoQ (8.3.4)

When the segments that you don't need to review are locked, you are skipping them automatically or not?

Create a view? Feb 4, 2018

If the QA options do not allow you to specify the sections to be checked, maybe you can create a view of the segments relevant to translation and then use this view for QA check.

By default, MemoQ's QA does not include locked segments. There is an option for this before you start QA.

As for spellcheck, if you export to bilingual to run the spellcheck in Word, you get an option NOT to export locked segments. Word's native spellchecker is much better than spellcheck performed under MemoQ anyway.
