diagrama esquemático/esquema/leiaute "conforme construído"

1. Não é desenho, é um tipo de diagrama específico.
2. Deveria ser "as built" e not "as made", em cujo caso pode ser mantido em inglês, se preferir.

Concordo com o Mario - drawing e layout são coisas diferentes.

as-made = as-built = as-fitted:

O "as-made layout" é o leiaute final, retratando fielmente o que foi feito (que não necessariamente é igual ao que foi planejado).


Segundo a IATE,

Assim, deixo como sugestão
as-made layout = leiaute final,
com a possibilidade de deixar ao lado a expressão "as built" entre parênteses
