Should Turkish addresses be translated into English?

I was wondering whether translators (TR>EN) usually translate certain words in addresses. For example, if a legal memorandum shows the addresses of the individuals involved in the case (e.g., Gazi Mah. 403 nolu cd. Ecem.... PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REAL ADDRESS), should I translate "Mahallesi" and "Caddesi" into English? Or should I leave the addresses in their Turkish form? Does anyone (TR>EN translators, specifically) have any experience with this sort of thing? Thank you very much!

We also leave them as they are when we are translating from English into Turkish. This is the common practice and what we should do, yes.

Türkçe yazdığım için kusura bakmayın

İstanbul -> Istanbul
İzmir -> Izmir

Örneklerinde olduğu gibi Türkçe harfler yerine bunların aksak karşılıklarını kullanıyorum ben.
