Work with CAT tool through Windows Clipboard Nov 17, 2008

If you can copy & paste in each text box of AutoCAD, I recommend Trados for Clipboard, SDL for Clipboard or the like. You can use TM and under CAT interface without disturbing original texts in CAD.
