Freelance Translation & Project Management Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled freelancer to manage a translation project into 9 languages on our behalf. As part of this project, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the translation process across multiple languages. The primary communication languages for this project will be English and German.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the translation project into 9 languages, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
Utilize project management tools such as XTRF and Phrase to manage and track the progress of translation tasks.
Liaise with translators and language experts to ensure clarity of project requirements and expectations.
Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to project goals.
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

Previous experience in translation project management, preferably with expertise in handling multilingual projects.
Familiarity with project management tools such as XTRF and Phrase.
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
