Very good article

Shows the mentor intends to help the trainee, would like to have her as mentor and agree with most of what she says. Good points raised and suggestions. The only difficulty I would find is "meeting the mentor" as I probably do not live in same country she does. Much better than a previous article I read about mentoring. He was more concerned with his own work, wonder why he offered in the first place, though one should not pester a mentor. There should be boundaries.

May I ask for you to be my mentor please? I prefer to ask for someone who does not see me as a "burden" though I will respect your limits
