As I don't understand Dutch, I have an excellent excuse to communicate to the members of this silent Nordic people's powwow

Course 1: Salad that is composed of/includes mackerel, beetroot, apple, pomme soufle and spinach with a dash of/covered with picalilly foam.
Course 2:smoked breast of duck served with croquettes of Jerusalem artichoke, green cabbage and chef's own ravioli.
Course 3: roasted pineapple, doughnut balls filled with pastry cream, chocolate custard and sorbet of pineapple.

I confirm: the 3 Dutch powwows I attended were very lively, interesting and fun. I wish my schedule were not as busy - I won't be able to attend this time.

Tegen betaling mocht ik van de Volkskrant het artikel lezen. De magere recensie betreft de belevenis in het Lido. Maar het Lido is niet bedoeld als de hoofdattractie maar slechts als uitgangspunt en klein onderdeeltje van de totale powwow-/boot-/havenervaring.
