I'm translating a personal email where someone is introducing themselves, and he says at one point:
"Ja namorei mulheres e carinhas"
Does this mean "I've dated women and guys" or does carinha mean "cute faces" here? I don't know the person I'm translating this for (it's through an agency), so I can't really ask them if they're bissexual or not!

it could mean cute face but not in this contexto!
the person is really saying they have dated men and women.

This is very informal, so this may be an option.

\"carinha\"
"lil guys"

It seems to be an email written in very colloquial ways. What i see is that the person already had dated girls and boys, and refered to them in diminutive.
There are other words you coulde use, like "lil fellas", os simply let it as "boys and girls", depends on how formal or informal you would like to do your transcription.
