I can be pretty sure; I spent about 400 hours in August/Sept translating a thesis on the subject from Portuguese to English! I have also been doing the same from Spanish for a number of years.

I wish I have more context, but since I am not expert in this matter I will give you the definitions that I found on my dictionary:

Fuzzy: encrespado, frisado, entorpecido, confuso, aturdido, turvo, indefinido, esfumaçado.
