In respect of paragraphs C to H of the same statement, my applications were made on an EX PARTE basis because of the Respondent's unreasonable behaviiour. On 7th of May, the Court believed that the applications should have been made on notice to the Respondent, which is why the hearing was adjourned to the following week on 14th of May. The Respondent was personally served with the papers in Portuguese version on 11th August and she had a chance to instruct solicitors and attend the hearing to make representations.
