Even if specifically dedicated to translation into English only, as a non-lawyer translator with some experience translating legal documents into another language, I appreciate the apparently simple - but not simplistic - approach.

Hi Mark,

your suggestions are excellent and a good resource for anyone involved in, or contemplating, legal translation. Legal translation takes a certain mindset, a tenacity akin to that of a police detective, to search for that exact right term or phrase, and then to enjoy that 'yes!' moment when you find it. And, as you say, an eagle's eye for proofreading.
