TM matches replacing target segment rather than inserting

Not sure if this happened with the latest update, but right now selecting a TM match from the right panel or using Ctrl+Number replaces the target segment with the TM match, rather than inserting it.
I thought there was a setting to change this, but I cannot find one.

Every other CAT tool lets you choose whether to insert or overwrite. You are the only people stupid enough to just change the behavior without making it an option for the user.
