I have version 4.0.9801.07 of msrd3x40.dll in folder C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (installed on 19.12.2018) and DVX3 works smoothly. But I am aware that any Windows (or other OS) update can cause problems with our CAT tools.

As far as the main working system/app property is stability, I still prefer installing only checked and necessary updated, proper configuration with a decent AV--and a free VirtualBox or other VM solutions
