Hi all. I think the mystery has been solved so I will give you the update. This excerpt came from a plank bound book with velum pages. There are Christian looking images In a few spots. Soooo I think it is safe to say it is an early 20th century or late 19th century Ethiopian Christian prayer book written in Ge’ez. Thank you everyone for trying to help out!
