Vamos falar de 4 ferramentas gratuitas que ajudarão você a organizar o seu dia de trabalho, agendar projetos e economizar tempo.

Usaremos um exemplo para aprender a organizar um projeto passo a passo, até o momento de você se sentar para traduzi-lo:
(1) receber o material por e-mail,
(2) salvar os arquivos "na nuvem",
(3) agendar o projeto e
(4) registrar os dados para a cobrança.

Seguindo esses passos, você poderá acompanhar cada projeto recebido e planejar melhor a sua semana, sendo mais eficiente na hora de atender vários pedidos e clientes e ―o mais importante― cobrar corretamente pelo seu trabalho.

Bio: Rafa Lombardino is a translator and journalist from Brazil who lives in California. She has been working as a translator since 1997 and, in 2011, started to join forces with self-published authors to translate their work into Portuguese and English. In addition to acting as content curator at eWordNews, she also runs Word Awareness, a small network of professional translators, and coordinates a project called Contemporary Brazilian Short Stories (CBSS) to promote Brazilian literature worldwide.
