Texto de origem - inglês To assist the Grantee in the implementation of the Technical Assistance, XXXX may, from time to time, issue implementation letters that will provide additional information about matters covered by this Grant Agreement. XXXX may also issue implementation letters to (i) extend the estimated completion date set forth in Article 8(A) above, or (ii) change the fiscal data set forth in Article 16 above. The parties may also use jointly agreed upon implementation letters to confirm and record their mutual understanding of matters covered by this Grant Agreement.
