Services Offered

I provide professional translation, proofreading, post-editing, sworn translations, and document legalization for use in Italy and abroad. I conduct thorough subject-area and terminology research and accept only projects that match my qualifications. I work with leading CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ, Memsource, Wordfast, and others). I also offer consecutive/liaison interpreting (Portuguese ↔ Italian) and voice-over services recorded in a professional studio, with audio post-editing in Audacity.

Rates and Working Conditions

My base rate (negotiable) depends on word count, technical complexity, formatting, and deadline. Texts over 10,000 words may receive a 10% discount, depending on the content. A minimum fee applies per project. I typically translate 2,500 source words per day to ensure quality; higher daily volumes for tight deadlines (e.g., 4,000 words/day) incur a surcharge. Weekend rates apply in certain circumstances.
