Bio

I work as a technical translator.

My pair is: English to Brazilian Portuguese. 

My areas are: Education, Law, Cosmetics, Philosophy, History, Medical (health care).

The CAT tools I use are: SDL Trados 2021, MemoQ, SmartCat, MateCat, Memsource and Wordfast. 

My professional background is in Languages and Literature and Education. I started studying languages since I was a child and I have never stopped. I enjoy reading and studying a variety of other subjects, including social sciences, history, law and philosophy and I also engaged a Law graduation program for four years. I have worked as an English teacher for Brazilian speakers since 2007. I have professional translation experience in technical manuals. I also worked as a Portuguese teacher for Spanish speakers for a year.

I have a particular interest in games, marketing copy, literature, education, law, philosophy, history, arts, social sciences.
