El Arrendador se obliga a pagar los impuestos y derechos de carácter fiscal o municipal que establezcan las leyes en vigencia por concepto de permiso de circulación de los vehículos u otros, debiendo, además, contratar la póliza de seguro obligatorio. En caso de aumentar el valor de estos impuestos y derechos, la renta de arrendamiento se verá incrementada en una cantidad equivalente a dicho aumento, a partir de la entrada en vigencia del mismo.
