2. Quando o original do documento for expresso em outra língua é obrigatória a sua tradução em língua portuguesa.
3. A não entrega de documento solicitado pela Administração Tributária, nos termos do número anterior e a inexistência de todos os elementos contabilísticos obrigatórios nos termos do Plano Geral de Contabilidade, dos Planos de Contas das Instituições Financeiras e Seguradoras, expressos em moeda nacional, presumem-se dolosas e constituem transgressão tributária sancionada nos termos do Código Geral Tributário.

1. The statements to be made by the taxpayers, as well all the documents attached and supporting accounting records, shall be mandatorily written in Portuguese. All values contained therein must be expressed in the local currency.
2. Whenever the original document is drafted in another language, a translation thereof in Portuguese is required.
3. Failure to submit a document requested by the Tax Authority, as provided for in the aforementioned point, and in the absence of all the accounting elements required under the General Accounting Plan and Charts of Accounts for Insurance Entities and Financial Institutions (expressed in the local currency), this shall be presumed intentional conduct and constitute a tax violation subject to penalty under the General Tax Code.
