Texto de origem - português 1. A transmissão da propriedade de bem imóvel, na dicção do art. 1.245do Código Civil, opera-se com o registro do título translativo no Registro de Imóveis, sem o qual o alienante continua a ser havido como dono do imóvel.
2. A Lei 6.015, a seu turno, prevê a compulsoriedade do registro e averbação dos títulos ou atos constitutivos, declaratórios, translativos e extintivos de direitos reais sobre imóveis reconhecidos em lei, inter vivos ou mortis causa, quer para sua constituição, transferência e extinção, quer para sua validade em relação a terceiros, quer para a sua disponibilidade.
Tradução - inglês 1. The transfer of real property, pursuant to article number 1.245 of the Civil Code, operates with the transmissive title registration at the Real Estate Registry Office, without which the transferor continues to be qualified as the real property owner.
2. The Law number 6.015, in turn, sets forth the compulsory registration and annotation of titles or constitutive, declaratory, transferring and extinguishing acts arising out of real rights over real estate legally recognized, inter vivos or causa mortis, either to its constitution, transfer and extinguishment, or for its validity regarding third parties, or for their availability.

Texto de origem - inglês This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made between Fertrading Group on behalf of the manufacturer “AAAA” and XXXX (Chinese company info).
1- The duration of the MOU is for 12 calendar months from the date of signing.
2- Upon the order confirmation of 05 (five) 40’FCL of the product Guarana soft drink by the Buyer/Importer, the Seller/Exporter will not develop/try to find new customers in the Chinese market, and accordingly any new inquiry received by the manufacturer and/or Seller/Exporter will be automatically forwarded to Buyer/Importer, granting the total market protection during the course of the MOU.

2- Após a confirmação do pedido de 05 (cinco) 40'FCL do produto Refrigerante de Guaraná pelo Comprador/Importador, o Vendedor/Exportador não irá adquirir/tentará encontrar novos clientes no mercado Chinês, e em conformidade com qualquer nova solicitação recebida pelo fabricante e/ou Vendedor/Exportador será automaticamente encaminhada ao Comprador/Importador, concedendo proteção total de mercado no decurso deste (MDE).
