As a OneCall representative, you will not be completing the vendor waybills or using the OAG to search for flight information. Generally, the packages will be placed on the initial outbound flight by a ramp/hub location. The FedEx location responsible for handling expedites is the host location. A host location may be the final destination or it may simply help transport the package to its final destination. A host location is responsible for monitoring expedites, updating COSMOS, arranging pickup and delivery (by FedEx personnel or cartage agent), or simply helping to complete the expedite.
