"The Radar Unit outputs plot information.
The plot information can be sent to either a Command & Control System, where (multi-sensor) tracking can be performed or the radar can be equipped with its own dedicated tracking, running on a pc platform. Both plot and track information can be displayed to the operator. Plot information can also be displayed as a “plot trail”, indicating a number of previous plot positions of a target."
