Thanks Hans, I was looking for something like that for the Mac (Typing Assistant is Windows only).

Thought so, that's why I posted it.

I've tested it shortly, a couple of weeks ago. Didn't buy a license (yet). The German company that develops the app, makes a good impression to me.

Most important reason why I didn't buy it:

  • 90 % of my time that I'm behind my Mac, I'm working in CafeTran Espresso, which has a splendid CarFinishing feature itself.

And if I use another CAT it's on the Window's side and there Typing Assistant serves me well.
Plus, the price tag is a quite hefty 110 €

I didn't mean autosuggest, which has a limited effectiveness.

I meant relying on a self-developed system that is powered by autocorrect.

Anyway, I got the answer that I needed, thanks.
