Hello,
I'm currently in the process of translating a Scottish birth certificate. While I'm aware that I need to make a note of any logos/seals etc., I'm wondering whether I need to make any mention of the background/watermark of this particular document. For reference, please see the link below for an example of a Scottish birth certificate (not my client's of course):

Your doc is also of hystorical value and very well kept! It is dated 1887.
Yes, I would describe the lines and relevant colour of the watermark in square brackets, as usual.
