SmartFTP client not free anymore?

Hi all,

I was using SmartFTP client version 2.5 so far but I got the usual message to update the client to be able to continue to use it for free. However, when I install the new version, it shows a message stating that I have 5 days left on this version. Do you know what's happening?
In due case, do you know of any free and trustworthy FTP client I could switch to?

Hi,

I'm not sure about SmartFTP since I don't use it.
A great open source, small and reliable FTP client is Filezilla (http://filezilla-project.org/)
I recommend that you give it a try.

I also know SmartFTP, but FileZilla is definitely my choice presently.
