Profile Page shows incorrect specialty

Hi,

My Profile Page shows *Biology* as my top specialty...

Needless to say it is not. I had selected it as "interest" in my choices nothing more. Now I tried to remove it altogether, but to no avail.

Whatever I do Biology remains the top specialty in my Profile.

I'd rather not mislead people. Please help.

Dear Ariane,
this is a new feature in the profile Settings and it may have still some bugs to iron out.

I have tested what happens and it is exactly as you describe it. Please send a support request, using the "Other" section, in
http://www.proz.com/support
and it will be assigned for a programmer to find the cause of this problem and fix it.

PS: the programmer hss now fixed the problem.
If this happens to anyone else (the Biology field was the culprit) it is sufficient to refresh the "Fields of specialization" settings page, and the problem will go away. Sorry about the inconvenience.
