Yoga é uma filosofia de vida que envolve diversas técnicas e tecnologias com objetivo de atingir maior equilíbrio e consciência do ser como um todo.
As técnicas do yoga trabalham o corpo físico e energético conectando o ser consigo mesmo, colocando-o em contato com todos os seus aspectos físicos, emocionais e energéticos, encontrando assim o autoconhecimento e a auto aceitação.
As tecnologias do yoga buscam de alcançar o equilíbrio dos órgãos, músculos, nervos e glândulas, trazendo uma perfeita coordenação entre eles e consequentemente um funcionamento perfeito de todo o organismo. Pois tudo que está impresso no corpo físico se expande para o nível mental e emocional. Na prática o yoga busca harmonizar o corpo, mente e espírito.

The tantric way is open to all the wealth of human nature and accepts without any restrictions. Through non-duality, it restores completeness to the human being by accepting all of its aspects and placing the divine within oneself.
Tantra is also a term used to speak of the sacred texts of tantrismo, the books are the “Tantras”, as the books of Vedanta are “Vedas”.

I am a 24 year old Smith College recent graduate with a bachelors degree in Anthropology.
I was born in California to brazilian immigrant parents and raised bilingual. After graduating I decided to move to Brazil to uncover and discover my roots.
Here in Rio I entered a Post-Grad program in Acupuncture and have been working with translation and as an English language teacher.
I began studying Spanish very young as well, and as many of my community members and peers were Latin American immigrants I became fluent in all three languages in my childhood. It was my year abroad studying at Universidad de Buenos Aires, however, that completed my academic fluency in the Spanish language.
I currently prefer to work translating from Portuguese or Spanish into English, however I have translated ENG>POR and ENG>SPAN as well.
