For the last 10 years, I have been working as a professional linguist with a focus on translation, transcreation and cultural consultation. My three-year experience on board cruise ships as an HR trainer allowed me to build the resilience needed to solve complex problems, coach reports into unlocking all their potential, and comply with strict quality standards and procedures.
