In 2018 alone he set personal records in Governador Valadares, Flying distances of 180km. Within 11 months of training he was able to do his first 100 km flight. • What is flying tandem?
A tandem flight is when a passenger flies with a qualified pilot. The pilot and the passenger are in their own harness, but still attached to each other and the wing.
• Is it safe?
Yes! Tandem equipment is specifically designed for the weight of multiple people. From the swing to the harnesses. Our Tandem pilots have years of experience with thousand of flights under their curriculum and always think of the passengers’ safety and well being before anything else.
• Is there a reserve parachute if anything goes wrong?
Yes! If there is ever an emergency where a reserve chute is needed the pilot does have one he pulls out from his harness.
• What is the experience like when flying tandem?
The experience of flying is like no other. It’s inexplicable! The feeling you get and the freedom you have is amazing. Only way to know the feeling is by flying and seeing for yourself.
TANDEM PROCESS:
First the instructor puts you in the harness and checks if everything’s clicked and secure.
After the instructor double checks your harness, and connects the both of you together. Then connects to the wing and runs pre-flight checks.
Then the instructor waits for the perfect moment to takeoff. To insure safety and for the passengers best experience.
Then follow your pilots instructions and enjoy the flight!

PICO DA IBITURUNA
The Ibituruna Peak can be spotted from miles away. While in the city the feeling of the mountains presence evident. Sitting at an elevation of 1,123 meters above sea level. And 990 meters from the Rio Doce river. As a popular tourist destination the peak is always full of life and visited by hundreds of people everyday. With a beautiful view directly above the city infront of the “Santa at the end of the road at the peak, and a nice snack bar with local snacks and flavors for you to try. Valadares host’s annual paragliding championships. From local to national. Also the peak hosts international championships every couple of years like the Paragliding World Championships. The peak has two sides to launch from either the north or south side. Launch at the peak is usually possible throughout the day everyday. With wind and thermals coming in directly from either side while fluctuating sides throughout the day. The feeling you get at the peak can only be felt and never. So come experience it with us!

1. O que é voar tandem?
Um voo duplo (tandem flight) é quando um passageiro voa com um piloto qualificado. Cada um fica em seu próprio selete, ainda assim estão anexados um ao outro e à asa.
2. É seguro?
Sim! Todo o equipamento utilizado no voo duplo é feito especificamente para suportar o peso de várias pessoas. Os nossos profissionais possuem anos de experiência com milhares de voos nos seus currículos e sempre pensam na segurança e no bem-estar dos passageiros antes de qualquer outra coisa.
3. Há um paraquedas reserva se alguma coisa der errado?
Sim! Se há alguma emergência, o piloto retira o paraquedas reserva do seu selete.
4. Como é a experiência voando de tandem?
A experiência de voar é como nenhuma outra, é inexplicável! A sensação e a liberdade que sente durante o voo é incrível. A única maneira de conhecer esse sentimento é voar e ver por si mesmo.
PROCESSO DO VOO DUPLO:
Primeiramente o instrutor o coloca no selete e verifica se tudo está fixo e seguro.
Após o instrutor conferir o seu selete e conectar a armação dele à sua, ele em seguida conecta-se à asa e executa as verificações de pré-voo.
Subsequentemente, o instrutor aguarda o momento perfeito para a decolagem tendo em vista a segurança e a melhor experiência aos passageiros.

PICO DA IBITURUNA
É possível ver o Pico do Ibituruna a quilômetros de distância. A presença da montanha é evidente na cidade; possui uma altitude de 1.123 metros acima do nível do mar e fica 990 metros do Rio Doce. Sendo um destino turístico popular, o pico é sempre repleto de vida e visitada por centenas de pessoas todos os dias. Com uma bela vista diretamente acima da cidade em frente a Santa no final da estrada no pico, e uma excelente lanchonete com sabores locais para experimentar. Valadares anualmente hospeda campeonatos locais e até nacionais, como o Campeonato Mundial de Parapente a cada dois anos. O pico tem dois lados para decolagem, um ao norte e um ao sul. A decolagem é geralmente possível durante toda semana a qualquer hora, vento e correntes térmicas se oscilam agradavelmente durante ao longo do dia. É inexplicável a sensação de estar no pico, então venha ter essa experiência conosco!
