I am Brazilian-born and raised. I am therefore a native speaker of Portuguese. I am fluent in Italian because I lived in Turin for nearly 4 years. I also have a lot of experience translating from French and Spanish. Now I live in Hamburg, Germany, where I study German.  I bring to the role extensive experience, knowledge, enthusiasm, and preparedness to learn new skills.

I have been working for Babbel translating and proofreading the Brazilian-Portuguese content inside of their Italian & French language courses. I also worked on Babbel’s team of freelance writers collaborating with the Brazilian edition of Babbel Magazine Brazil as a content creator writing insightful articles about the language learning process, English & American literature and culture. Currently, I am also collaborating with Fluentify as a content creator, designing their language assessments and localizing the guidelines for Portuguese teachers on the platform. 

I am also specialized in gaming, as I’ve been translating and proofreading video games such as RUNESTRIKE and PRIDE OF EDEN into Brazilian-Portuguese, to name a few. I also provided services to other big names such as Translation Royale translating internet-related content and gambling websites.

For Gartner ES, I collaborated on localizing articles related to Customer Service Software, ProjectManagement, Sales & Marketing Tech, and Talent Management.  I also translated books related to Arabic Culture as a member of Abdullah Abdel Rahman's translators’ team.  I am confident in translating legal documents such as contracts to the Brazilian branch of BASF, academic papers, history books, business-related documents and mobile apps. 

I have also provided services to other big names such as the Brazilian International Film Festival. I'm also familiar with the tourism industry and its terminology through my work in the field as a flight attendant for a Brazilian airline called BRA. 

For over 6 years, I have been working remotely for Wavemetrix UK as an online research analyst, carrying out internet-based research analysis in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, English and German, delivering quantitative and qualitative reports on the movie industry. 

I am a freelance translator officially registered in Germany with a Steuernummer and I am legally authorised to issue invoices.
