full period of room allotments
Explanation:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allotment_(travel_industry)
Allotments in the tourism industry are used to designate a certain block of pre-negotiated carrier seats or hotel rooms which have been bought out and held by a travel organizer with a huge buying power like a wholesaler, tour operator or hotel consolidator, and more rarely by a retail travel agent
What is given in an allocation of rooms by the hotel to be
maintained and managed by tour operator

An allocated number of rooms that are pre-agreed between
the hotel and the IBO are ‘allotted’ to the IBO and become the
IBO’s rooms to sell. There is a negotiated release back period
when if these rooms are not sold XX amount of pre-agreed
days prior to eventuation, they are released back to the hotel
and are no longer the IBO’s rooms to sell.

Standard practise is that the contract will specify an automatic
release date that will trigger the return of rooms and show up
in that hotel’s systems

flat blockade full extension period

«Full extension period» refere-se ao termo «período completo»

«Flat blockade» é uma tradução termo por termo de «apartamento» e «bloqueio»

full blockout dates of the (hotel) rooms

Explanation:
The previous 2 suggestions were on the right track, however the correct term is "blockout"

See:

Blockout dates (Dates that these tickets may not be used):

22 December 2014 - 2 January 2015 (No Theme Park or Water Park Use)
29 March - 9 April 2015 (No Theme Park or Water Park Use)
-------------------------------------------------

Apartment in EN is a "false friend" of apartamento in PT, when talking about hotels or other tourism facilities, they are referred to as "rooms" in US English. Obviously in Brazil these are referred to as "apartamentos de hotel" which a lot of PT-EN translators still don't know how to make that distinction.
