Trata-se de uma sentença judicial. Eu descobri o que é:
"A pejotização acontece quando os empregadores exigem aos trabalhadores que constituam pessoas jurídicas para a prestação de serviços".
Mas simplesmente não encontro o equivalente em inglês.
