Prezados Colegas,

Seria algo como "appeal against the decision rendered by the Federal Supreme Court in São Paulo"?

Desde já agradeço sua valiosíssima ajuda!! Abs

Application for Extraordinary Appeal

Explanation:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supreme_Federal_Court

Alongside its appeal competence, mostly by the ***Extraordinary Appeal (Recurso Extraordinário)***, the Court has a small range of cases of original jurisdiction, including the power of judicial review, judging the constitutionality of laws passed by the National Congress,

3rd paragraph:

In this action appellants filed an ***Application for Extraordinary Appeal,*** Pursuant to Tenn.R.App.P. 10(a), and requested a stay pending the outcome of the Extraordinary Appeal, which this Court granted on March 2, 2005.
