I'm translating college transcripts from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janiero and am coming across "...e Eu" as part of name of different courses, such as:

"A Saúde de jovens e Eu"
"A Crianca, a Escola e Eu"

Any thoughts what Eu refers to?

Explanation:
It is a simple thing. It is also a title.
You can change titles in arts, but you should not do that in documents.
If you do that, I advise you to add a note.
It sounds weird to you because I is active, not object, in the English language. In Portuguese, it may appear like that.
The titles are "the health of the youth and me" and "the child, the school, and me".
