No caso não seria invoicing (eu me confundi a princípio) porque invoicing é imprimir o recibo, algo diferente de calcular as vendas, que parece ser o sentido.

Creio que no contexto "faturar as vendas" significa lucrar com as vendas, tirar proveito do investimento e, por esta razáo, a expressáo está entre aspas (o sentido literal não se aplica).

I believe you are looking for a general term in English. This would do. You could also say 'Sales Invoicing', but I don't really like the sound of it, and it could be ambiguous.
