Algum dos colegas saberia se existe uma tradução para palavra "inflammasome"? Eu encontrei definições na internet a respeito, mas as que eu econtrei estavam em inglês; a frase é:

Cryopyrin is a signaling protein that stimulates the inflammatory response through activation of IL-1B
Interleukin – signaling molecule, or cytokine, capable of modulating the immune process. Stimulation of cryopyrin inflammasome leads to activation of caspase 1, which converts Il-1B to its active form, resulting in inflammation and activation of the immune system. Overactivity of the inflammasome owing to mutations in the gene coding for cryopyrin is thought to underlie cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes.
