ErrorSpy v7 won't run

Hi,

Has anyone tried installing ErrorSpy v7 on a Window 7 box? (32-bit). It installed on my machine but when I clicked the icon to start it, it wouldn't start. This is a trial version. D.O.G., the manufacturer of the software has not come back with a solution yet.

Appreciate any help you can give.
