Is it possible to update an entry in Glosspost? I just found that there is a new URL for a database but where can I put it?

Here's the old one: http://glossary.eea.europa.eu/EEAGlossary which is still online but "Please Note: The EEA Glossary has been moved to a new service, extended with many more terms." which can be found at http://glossary.eea.europa.eu/ .
