I was born in Kiev, Ukraine, where I spent the first 13 years of my life and completed my primary and part of my secondary education. In December 1993, I immigrated to the U.S. with my family. My interest in learning foreign languages first became apparent in high school, when I began learning Italian and then also completed two years of German. I then have obtained and my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Case Western Reserve University my Master of Arts degree in Translation from Kent State University.
