I am Peruvian. I worked as a Bilingual (English-Spanish-English) secretary and translator for American Companies in Lima from 1973 to 1976. Since 1976 I’ve worked as a full time volunteer in translating offices in different countries of South America, including Brazil, where I lived for 6 years. English became my default language since then, due to my having worked and lived in an American English-speaking evironment for 34 years. I’ve held portfolios such as: Education, Executive Secretary, Translating and Proofreading from English to Spanish and Interpreting. I was married to an American citizen for 10 years.
