Hi, another one from the same set of documents (Brazilian court case for international drug trafficking). This is obviously a slightly more informal term as it's always surrounded by inverted commas.

Here are a few examples where it appears:

"Ademais, verifico que alegações do réu, no sentido de que teria tentado desistir da empreitada criminosa, sendo então ameaçado por seu aliciador, não merecem prosperar."

"As consequências do crime, caso a droga chegasse ao seu destino, seriam desastrosas para a saúde pública,
em especial à populaçao mais jovem, que tende a ser o alvo principal de aliciadores e traficantes de droga com promessas de novas sensações."

And here: "basta ter contato com o “aliciador” e o eventual "olheiro"..." (this is taken from a phrase arguing that the accused only needed these contacts to be classed as integrating the criminal organisation as compartmentalisation is the norm for these groups).

So far I've come up with recruiter, or possibly drug pusher for the middle one, but any suggestions would be appreciated! I did also look at the existing entry for this term, but as that was for prostitution, I wasn't sure if "coaxer" would also work here.
