Valor devido no contrato

English translation: The amount due according to the Agreement

Portuguese to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s)
Portuguese term or phrase: Valor devido no contrato
In this PO I'm translation, this phrase appears under the observacoes (remarks) section, like this:

"Valor devido no contrato (será pago a [Empresa A] em BRL) Y,XXX,000 BRL"

I'm not clear as to when this amount is to be paid (upon signing, start date, etc. of the agreement). Above this part is also "Total do Contrato [YYYYYYY USD]" - which I assume to refer to the total value of the agreement.

Any ideas?
