O prazo de inibição do nome do cliente no SPC / SERASA ocorre em até 7 dias úteis, contados a partir da data do processamento do pagamento no sistema do Contratante.

Após a identificação do pagamento não processado o escritório deverá solicitar a exclusão do nome do cliente dos órgãos restritivos de crédito através do e-mail X. Ressaltamos que, a inibição nesses casos será de 30 dias.
