In attendance at this powwow will be two special guests:
Toru Okano, TRADOS Director of Sales for Translations Markets will be available to answer any question you may have related to TRADOS.
Mayu Yuki, founder of Kobe-based Honyaku Paradise, will also be coming for the powwow.
We'll meet at Zest in Ebisu at 3pm. We have reserved a space under "ProZ.com" on the third floor. There are outdoor and indoor areas, we'll be outdoor if weather permits.

I am able to join on May 23 but not until the afternoon probably - I am arriving back from an overseas trip that morning. could also do Japanese food such as Uotami or other Izakaya style?

May 23rd is fine. How about in "El Torito" Mexican Restaurant, it is spacious and comfortable. Or, "Cafe Bellini" both in Shinjuku, I hope to meet more members for exchange of information and good a time.
