(notify of) ... right of first refusal Explanation: Your Swedish sentence is pretty sloppy in my experience, and doesn't really describe the process. Is there more context? Is this a formal doc or a lawyer describing 'stuff'? The board is notified of the shares changing ownership, and the board notifies current shareholders of the transaction offering them the right of first refusal... which they can exercise by notification to the board. This sentence pretty much garbles that description, especial the part 'till inlösen,' which is really superfluous here, and deserves its own sentence. I suggest ignoring that part and making a note to this effect. |
