The translation has to do with a patent for an invention used in the Coking Process. The context given here, and in the rest of the document refers to how flanges are attached to the coking drum. I did find a translation of "estojos" as "sheath" and that may be a better solution. I don't feel the definition of "housings" given below fits the context (even though the definition is correct for other contexts).

Here are more instances (actually only one more):
O primeiro problema � a necessidade de uma equipe de operadores para realizar a montagem e desmontagem dos dois flanges que geralmente � feita manualmente, pois os flanges s�o conectados por meio de estojos com porcas.
